Lovely staff and rooms, as advertised. There were extremely comfy beds and a kettle, climate control and an individual safe inside the room. It was in a historic building with incredible view of the ocean.

It's the best 5-star experience I ever had. The room I booked was cleaned and available with a lovely bathroom, an amazing view, for instance. Location: the hotel was near to the center of the CBD, the sea, the port.
